Ege Park Balçova is one of five malls clustered along Mithatpaşa Caddesi (road) in Izmir and is just a short bus ride from Fahrettin Altay metro and tram stations as well as a 20 minute walk to the Teleferik cable car station.

The mall is mostly indoor but has a number of outside recreation areas. The overall leasable area of Ege Park Balçova is 22,000 square metres and the site also contains the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Izmir, a four-star hotel with a total of 176 rooms.
